Communicating the use of search and hash tags will be tough, but&lt;br&gt;also the key to making it easier for everyone.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You made me realize using #v12n for everyday tweets has a benefit too.&lt;br&gt;If we all start doing that for virtualization related tweets, whether&lt;br&gt;a discussion is spawned or not, means I can create a permanent global&lt;br&gt;search in Tweetdeck, for example, and not worry about maintaining&lt;br&gt;members. That would be awesome!</description>

I&#039;ll use #V12N for my vTweeps so they can avoid my tweets about Spotted Cow beer and t-ball coaching.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Before major conferences, we&#039;ll have to have the VM/Etc Call for Hashtags, to get everyone on the same page.  The harder part will be communicating the power of Twitter search to rest of community.</description>
