		<description>Great post!  Required reading for Sales people setting customer expectations of SRM and for IT management considering purchasing SRM.  To make the project a success, they need more than snazzy SAN replication and VMware software.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just don&#039;t forget to push play on Pink Floyd&#039;s Dark Side of the Moon when you start your VMware Site Recovery fail over process.  You will trip!  :)</description>
