Another perfect example of Microsoft’s Marketing and Publicizing Gimmick. How many havent we seen from it. They just keep coming and so called GOODIES will suface once we start using the poduct. I dont want to sound like a MS basher;But, I really dont have confidence in its HYPER-V or HYPE-V (thats how I would prefer to call) and wouldn expect it to fall way behind VMware’s ESX server in the benchmark tests or in the production when its really being hit. MS should concentrate on fixing Vista and bringing back the Crown Jewel Windows XP, which happens to be the only product which is the only reliable in its product line till date.

The more appropriate simile would be to say you can buy a new car for $68 (17 gallons of gas at $4 per gallon)

Actually,

I can put gas in a mower or a weedeater, or even a remote control car. I can’t put Hyper-V in anything but Windows Server 2008 64-Bit.

Isn’t this a bit like saying that gas costs $20,000 a gallon because you need a car first?
