The DS4300 Turbo can be upgraded to 64 partition (host group) licenses. The DS4k line always starts low with standard partitions, and allows the customer to "pay as they grow". The "Turbo" is not to be confused with a standard DS4300 Dual Controller, which can only be upgraded to 16 partitions (Unless, of course, you upgrade it to the Turbo.)

Clear as mud, eh?
